So over at Hello Kitty Junkies, which is a social network where Hello Kitty lovers hang out, there was a gift exchange swap and I joined it. My gift giver was the one who started the social network, which I think I totally lucked out on! I think her site is great and the fact that I could get to know other people who love Hello Kitty as much as I do is something I am thankful to her for! The package totally made my day and was full of Hello Kitty cuteness!
Anyway, here is what I got.
I love the Hello Kitty plush and the little stars in the little Hello Kitty containers. I remember making these stars when I was younger but then I kind of forgot how to make them, amongst other things. I used to do origami too! UGH. You don’t understand how much I am itching to be creative again. Well, for starters, I’m going to take a beginners sewing class this weekend, and I got some canvas bags to try some stenciling. I’m kind of scared to tell you the truth because art stores are really intimidating and I even got upset when I wasn’t sure what to get for stenciling! But of course, I am bound to make mistakes and that’s ok, as long as I get it down eventually. Can you tell I’m kind of a perfectionist? Anyways, that’s my story. I’m excited!!
